GOLD CLASS HAND CAR WASH

PREPAID PASS TERMS A Prepaid Pass provides the number of eligible uses shown at purchase for the services and, where applicable, vehicle class associated with that pass. A pass may only be used for services or vehicles that satisfy the eligibility rules configured by the issuing business. The validity period and expiry information shown when the pass is purchased form part of these terms. Unused uses do not automatically extend beyond expiry unless the issuing business agrees or applicable law requires otherwise. Prepaid Passes are linked to the customer's Visit Mate account. Where a pass is vehicle or vehicle-class based, the business may require a saved vehicle and may restrict use according to the eligible pass tier or vehicle class. A higher vehicle class cannot use a lower eligible tier unless the business's configured rules expressly allow it. Refund or cancellation requests are assessed by the issuing business. Where a refund is approved, previous uses or redemptions may reduce the refundable value. A Prepaid Pass is not ordinarily exchangeable for cash or transferable unless the business agrees or applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
